1. Planning & Consultation

• Identify cargo type (FCL, LCL, Setup Cargo, Break Bulk Cargo). Determine client requirements and shipping routes.
• Handle shipping documentation (packing list, invoice, manifest, etc.).

2. Pickup & Cargo Handling

• Collect goods from the shipper’s location.
• Consolidate cargo (especially for LCL shipments).
• Package, label, and inspect goods for safety.
• Load into containers or handle break bulk cargo appropriately.

3. Delivery & Handover

• Ship goods via land or sea transport.
• Provide shipment tracking and status updates.
• Unload at the destination and hand over to the consignee.
